4. Payment Terms

  • We never request your bank or credit/debit card details online or offline.
  • Accepted payment modes (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, PayPal, offline bank transfer). Payment must be received in full before services are provided. Acceptable & applicable currency is INR (Indian Rupee)
  • Paid consultations are arranged offline via WhatsApp call or phone call.
  • Payment confirmation must be sent via WhatsApp for service scheduling.
  • Time is the acceptance, hence refunds cannot be processed once a consultancy session is scheduled or in progress.
  • Consultancy fees are subject to change without prior notice.

If any party initiates litigation in contradiction to this arbitration agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs, up to a maximum of INR 1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees).

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such part shall be modified to reflect the original intent of the parties to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Headings used in these Terms are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.
