3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

a) Consultancy & Reports

• No refund will be issued once your report or service has entered the processing stage (i.e., assigned to Guru Ji).
• No refund is granted once a consultancy session has been delivered, regardless of user satisfaction.

• Users must ensure they are available and reachable at the confirmed appointment time.

• Users are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
• No refund will be issued for reports or consultations based on incomplete, incorrect, or misleading data.
• In case of an error in submitted data, you must contact us within one (1) hour of placing the order.

5. Double Payments or Technical Errors

• If a double payment or any other verifiable technical error occurs, the excess amount will be refunded in full, without deductions.
